Busy place. Reservations needed. The scrivano (trocolli spaghetti with salmon) is average, but beccaio (troccoli spaghetti) with sausage and parmesan cream was good. Service was polite but slow.

Favourite meal in Puglia! Delicious spaghetti, cod starter was amazing. Free focaccia to start off the meal, cannot recommend enough!

We ate here two evenings during our vacation and ordered pasta each time, with no regrets. We tried pasta with king prawns and pasta with clams—both exceptional—but our favorites were the mecenatte. The service and staff were outstanding. I highly recommend making a reservation; we were lucky as a party of two to get a table quickly.

The food was great, the portions of pasta are very generous! Due to the rain over the past few days, we had to sit indoors. The tables were very close to each other, and the space didn’t really seem designed for that many guests. Also the atmosphere of the inside is not so nice as it would be if sitting outside.

Welcome to Spaghetti heaven. I'm reviewing this place nearly five months after visiting Conversano. However, the lip smacking taste of the pasta still lingers. We visited this restaurant over three consecutive nights. Didn't realize that it was super popular. You might be turned away without reservations. They managed to squeeze four of us in for the first night. We made reservations on subsequent nights. Even though the menu was predominantly meat / seafood based, they were able to whip up more than enough options for the vegetarians. Service was super friendly. By the subsequent days, they even added a discount to our bill. Just one point to note. You will encounter bugs / mosquitoes in summer If you get seated near the bushes. It would be wise to apply repellent if youre visiting in the evening. But for that, this restaurant is a gem. I look forward to revisiting in the near future.
