Cru was much more than we expected. Each plate was arriving like a work of art—visually stunning and perfectly balanced in flavor. Ingredients feel hand-selected at their peak, with creative pairings that surprise without overwhelming. Highly recommend.
We treated ourselves to a seafood lunch here and were absolutely delighted! We started with tuna tartare and salmon — both were excellent, but the tuna tartare was truly outstanding. For the main course, we had grilled tuna and crispy fish, which were both delicious and perfectly prepared. We were genuinely impressed by the flavors and presentation. The staff was also very friendly and made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone who loves fresh, high-quality seafood!
Our most enjoyable meal during our 10 days in Puglia. We were lucky to score a weekend table without a reservation. The octopus and gnocchi were excellent and the service, over the top.
Peak quality seafood and really nice attentive service. Oysters are fantastic. It’s not cheap, but food of this freshness and quality never will be. Kudos too, to the hard-working chefs. Salut!
It was a bit confusing at first since there was only one entrance and no host on duty, but once we figured things out, everything was fantastic. The staff recommendations were excellent, and the ambiance in the alley was both cool and romantic. I highly recommend the sea urchin pasta if you enjoy seafood, paired with sun-dried tomatoes and perfectly al dente pasta, it was a true treat for the taste buds!
