They offer gluten free pizza dough and lactose free cheese! And their signature red cherry tomatoes are amazing! I had them on the Margherita verde pizza and they were the best tomatoes I ate in Italy. They were so good, I actually wish there were more on the pizza!
Loved our meal at Chinè, ingredients were fresh, pizza dough was so good, and service was great too. Didn't manage to get a picture, but we thought their spaghetti all'assassina was bomb - really good! Recommend checking them out!

We had one of the best gluten-free dining experiences ever at Chinè. The staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about dietary needs, which made the whole evening stress-free and enjoyable. The food was outstanding – beautifully presented, full of flavour, and with plenty of gluten-free options that never felt like an afterthought. The absolute highlight was the gluten-free and lactose-free tiramisu, which was honestly to die for – one of the best desserts we’ve had anywhere. Service was quick without ever feeling rushed, and the team went out of their way to make us feel welcome. It’s rare to find a restaurant that delivers such high quality alongside genuine care for guests with allergies, but Chinè manages it perfectly. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Monopoli – whether you need gluten-free or not, this is a place you won’t want to miss.
