The best
We saw this restaurant and it looked so beautiful that we really wanted to eat here. We saw two available seats near the kitchen and went inside. To be honest, they weren’t the best seats, but since we didn’t have a reservation, we were just happy to be able to dine here. The food was very good, but the atmosphere even better: great service, lovely people. They’ve only just opened, but we’ll definitely be coming back, what an unexpectedly wonderful evening this was! Highly recommend this place!
Great restaurant, just outside the old town. Enthousiast owners that guide you through all the best that Puglia has to offer. Delicious dishes that are prepared with love and care. Fish, meat, vegetables and of course their pasta, there is something to choose for everybody’s likening. And if necessary they adapt into whatever is possible. Their Chocolate Bread on Sunday is just out of this world. A true Bari Gem!!

Vez Ristorante is without a doubt one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Bari. Some of the pizzas here are among the best I’ve ever eaten — absolutely outstanding. I highly recommend the pizza with topinambur cream and truffle: perfectly balanced, refined, and deeply flavorful. We started with appetizers that were just as impressive: tempura-fried cardoncelli mushrooms and ossobuco ravioli, both executed beautifully and full of character. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients, many of which come directly from the Murgia area (Gravina) — exceptional local products treated with real respect. Although there was a slight delay at the beginning, the staff handled it with remarkable professionalism and warmth, kindly offering us Prosecco and small appetizers on the house. A gesture that truly reflects their attention to guests. We were a group of 15 people, and despite the size of our table, the service was impeccable throughout the entire evening — smooth, attentive, and well-organized. To finish, the tiramisu was simply phenomenal — light, rich, and unforgettable. An outstanding restaurant with extraordinary ingredients, excellent hospitality, and a clear passion for quality. Highly recommended.
Finalmente un posto dove mangio davvero senza pensieri. Il titolare è celiaco lui stesso e si vede: zero contaminazione, personale formato, nessuna risposta vaga.
La pizza è buonissima e il personale sapeva rispondere a tutte le mie domande sulla celiachia. Tornerò sicuramente.
