Radicale Restaurant

The restaurant is great. The food was amazing, the staff was very friendly, wine was great. The white truffle pasta was the best pasta we have ever had. The desert was super. The issue - in every restaurant we have been in south of Italy, they like to put everybody in one place and leave the other free. They put us with more people in a small room with no ventilation, quiet and even when you talked it was noisy. I thought the restaurant was small, so I was okay with it. After that I went to the toilet and I saw that it is a lot bigger and it had maybe 15-20 more tables sitting empty in a very big, ventilated room. Even it looked quite nicer than the small room. They had only put 2 tables with people there. Also it was a little bit strange having no menus but I have mixed feelings about it.

Very nice atmosphere, perfect music for the mood. The food was delicious, the tiramisu made the evening 100%. The staff was extremely kind. Special range of spirits, gins, rums and whiskies. Overall 10/10. I had the Veal Carpaccio, and the Mediterranean red tuna tartare. Thank you for the experience.

I recently visited this restaurant and overall had a pleasant experience. The service was truly excellent — the staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently, which definitely made a positive impression. The design of the restaurant is simple and clean. It’s not overly decorated, but it feels comfortable and well-organized, creating a relaxed atmosphere that’s easy to enjoy. As for the food, it was tasty and well-prepared. Some dishes were quite flavorful and nicely presented. However, the portions in certain plates were a bit small, which left us wishing there was just a little more. While the quality was good, slightly larger servings would have made the experience even better. Overall, it’s a nice place with outstanding service and decent food, though the portion sizes could be improved. I would consider visiting again, especially for the excellent hospitality.

The menu is seasonal, well thought out and deeply rooted in local ingredients, yet presented with a modern and refined approach. The atmosphere is contemporary and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed but high-quality dining experience. Service is attentive and professional, making you feel comfortable from start to finish. Radicale is ideal if you’re looking for a place where tradition meets creativity in a very natural and honest way. Highly recommended for anyone who loves good food and thoughtful cuisine.

Great place in the heart of bari. We got to spend a lovely night in this Resturant, enjoy traditional and modern food, creating a perfect and surprising mix in tastes. The service and atmosphere felt great since the beginning and the overall price is definitely worth for the quality of the food. Will come back for sure
