Very nice place for sandwiches, after asking they prepared a vegan sandwich for me that was incredibly tasty and flavorful! Really appreciated that! Good service and the food arrived quickly after! :) centrally located with nice sitting options inside and outside! Can't hurt to reserve a table ;)

Fantastic find in Torre a Mare! If you're looking for a place to taste some excellent local produce, look no further and stop here. We've tried sharer plates of provolone cheese, along with capocollo and bread "crostini", but where Gemavví shines is the small plates of whatever is cooked for the day. We've had a couple of meat dishes: one of salsiccia with pancetta and red radish and another one of stripes of diaphragm cooked in an onion and red wine sauce. Really, really tasty. We will come back to try the rest of the menu soon! 🙂

Really nice place, I asked for vegetarian option, the waitress tried her best to explain in English and adapt a sandwich without meat for me. Really good value for money. I recommend without hesitation. The tiramisu and mascarpone pie was also really tasty.

This degustation path brings together the best traditional local cured meats, each with its own distinct flavor and character, prepared according to recipes passed down from generation to generation. From lightly smoked salamis to delicate prosciutto, every bite bursts with flavor, creating a culinary journey through the heart of Puglia — full of authenticity and pleasure. Sapori Toscani – an elegant dive into Tuscany’s gastronomic tradition. Finocchiona I.G.P., with its subtle fennel aroma, pairs perfectly with guanciale stagionato, browned and fragrant, and coppa di testa, delicate and rich in flavor.
